At Bridge Baker a good pizza is all about the dough & a crisp but airy crust – in our opinion, the best part of a pizza!

Our dough is slow-fermented over 48-hours using a combination of our 30-year old sourdough & biga (Italian style starter) to make for a thin pizza, with crusty puffy edges brushed with olive oil and seasoned with flaky sea salt.

Cooked on a stone hearth oven, using freshly milled flour and great ingredients.
