At Bridge Baker, a good pizza is all about the dough. Our dough is slow-fermented over 48-hours using a combination of our 30-year old sourdough & biga (Italian style starter). The resulting pizza, baked in a stone hearth oven is thin-crusted and light to eat.

The airy, crisp crust with puffy edges brushed with olive oil & sea salt is the best part of the pizza in our opinion.

We love using local ingredients so our flour is locally grown and milled but we do make an exception and use only San Marzano tomatoes as it’s hard to beat their flavour.

COVID 19 UPDATE

Dear Customers

We are very much OPEN and BAKING AS NORMAL. Luckily, our flour and our bakers are local, so there will be fabulous fresh bread every day.

The government has restricted eating-in for customers so all food will be takeaway only.

We are relying upon our regular staff and some kind neighbours to do deliveries, we normally ask for 24 hours notice to allow us time to organise.
