BAKING CLASSES SCHEDULE

1. Foundation Bread Workshop 
(About 4 hours – including a glass of wine and nibbles – £120)

Date – 29th October, Tuesday, 5pm
 
Our experienced bakers will share with you the science of bread baking as well as teach you our simple kneading technique in this 100% hands-on foundation bread baking class. During the course of the evening you will produce a variety of breads including a light wholemeal tin loaf, batons/fougasse and Italian focaccia. The purpose of this course is for you to be able to bake all these simple breads in a domestic oven at home. This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.

2. Cookies & Cupcakes Galore  
(About 3 hours – Kids bake whilst the parents wait!
£80 including coffee and a treat for the parents)
 
Date –  Friday 1stNovember, 4pm

For children who love to bake. Join our expert bakers who will conduct a full hands-on class to teach the children how to make double chocolate cookies, healthy(ish!) oatmeal and raisin cookies, & marshmallow butterfly cupcakes. The children will take home all their fresh bakes and goodies. 

Suitable for children aged 9 & above.

 3. Children’s Christmas Baking Workshop
(Over 2 afternoons – £120)

Dates – Friday 29th at 4pm & Saturday 30th November at 2pm 
 
Kids love Christmas treats. And what better than letting your talented little bakers use their creativity and imagination at this special Christmas workshop. Baking and decorating the likes of edible Christmas tree decorations, a beautiful Gingerbread wreath, and fun-to-make reindeer cupcakes. We will also teach the children how to pack their gingerbread cookies for gifting. 

Suitable for children aged 12 & above.

4. Parent & Child Christmas Workshop
(3 hours- £90 for 1 adult & child)

Date – Friday 6th December, 4pm

This workshop will teach you how to make a beautiful log cake together with your child this Christmas. We will show you how to bake a Swiss roll and finish is with the perfect glaze. And you cap it off by assembling your very own log cake exactly the way you want it to be! Recommended for children 6 years and above.
