Set up by a local resident, Bridge Baker is a neighbourhood baker and food store. It adopts “old world” bakery philosophies by using natural ingredients, traditional baking methods and selling and serving only freshly baked product daily. It is also a “global” bakery, producing authentic baked products from all over the world, and designing its stores to be modern and contemporary, reflecting the tastes of the community it serves.

From making and bottling our own jams to traditional long fermentation of bread doughs and hand rolled croissants, at Bridge Baker, we take the art and science of baking seriously, and believe in redefining the term artisan bakery.
